I have noticed that so much in life is negative!!!
- what we point out about others
- what we watch on the TV
- the way we are taught
- what we read in the newspaper
walking down the street the things and people you pass do you see the good things or do you look at the bad? Do you see people outfits that don’t go together, if they are over weight, are they under weight, do they have a bad hair style, how unclean the streets are or how many paving slabs are broken? Wonder Woman Workout
We have had a great response so far to the new ladies classes, the wonder woman workout is going down a treat everyone is loving it!!!
The classes kick off on Monday 19th September at 9.30am, with the next class being Wednesday 21st September. we will be training every Monday and Wednesday morning after that at 9.30am.

For Women By Women
We are launching a brand new ladies only class in September. The class will include a brilliant taylor made workout to tone up all the wobbly bits!! (I can vouch for that) there will also be self defence to give you the confidence to be at home alone or to relax while out with your friends.

Toning that tummy
I have had some great feedback from the last video, and some great questions so I will be answering them very soon. If you have any questions just comment bellow and I will get back to you asap.
This is the second part of the workout I used to loose my baby weight. Like I had said before if you are limited for time for any reason e.g a baby, work, shopping, or socializing the workout can be split into these two different sections so you can just grab 10 minutes and do something that will for sure work. Post pregnancy workout routine.
Hi guy’s yes it is finally here, alot of people have been asking me what I have been doing to loose all my baby weight!!! This is the first part. The routine I put together is very effective and I saw results very quickly and was back to my normal weight after just 4 months.
I was also asked when I found the time to fit in any training with a new baby! Well Leo was waking up about 4am, I fed him and put him back to bed, he would make a few chatty noises before he would fall completely asleep. So being the fabulous wife
I wouldn’t go back to bed until he was asleep so not to wake my husband (as he had to go to work). This was when I did the routine! It was a good time for me as I was already up and awake and this way I didn’t need to find the time during the day and could concentrate on Leo and the everyday running of the home.
